3. Understanding the Wiring Diagram

The XH-W3001 has three main connection sections:

Wiring Diagram.

Temperature Probe

Connect the NTC10K temperature sensor to the probe terminals. The sensor measures the surrounding temperature and sends the readings to the controller.

AC Power Input

  • L: AC Live
  • N: AC Neutral

Connect the AC supply according to the terminal markings on your specific controller.

Relay Output / Load

  • L: Switched Live output to the load.
  • N: Neutral connection to the load.

The relay controls the connected load according to the configured temperature settings. Confirm the actual terminal arrangement using the manufacturer's wiring diagram.

4. How Does It Work?

The NTC10K sensor continuously measures temperature. When the measured temperature reaches the configured switching threshold, the controller operates its internal relay to control a compatible external load.

The controller can be configured for heating or cooling operation. The ON/OFF behaviour depends on the selected operating mode and temperature settings.

5. Important Electrical Safety Warning

WARNING: 110–220V AC MAINS VOLTAGE
  • Disconnect the power supply before wiring or maintenance.
  • Never touch exposed live electrical connections.
  • Use suitable cables, insulation and protective devices.
  • Do not exceed the relay's rated electrical load.
  • Installation and testing must be performed by a qualified person.

Electrical shock can cause serious injury or death.
