Restoration of Accident Perodua Axia 2017 Car | Repair | Front Crashed | Rebuilding | Part 3

Today, I want to show you the full process of restoring the front crashed Perodua Axia SE 2017 car (part 3). You can find the service manual D88N (2017) from Shopee. For your information, I'm not a mechanic.

Step 1: Install Front Headlamp
  1. Install the left and right front headlamp.
    Connect the connector (left front headlamp)

    Fit the left headlamp

    Connect the connector (right front headlamp)

    Fit the right headlamp
Step 2: Remove Front Bumper Accessories
  1. Remove the front bumper accessories, e.g., fog lamp, sensor, etc.

    Remove the left fog lamp assembly

    Remove the right fog lamp assembly

    Remove the front spoiler cover

Step 3: Install Front Bumper Accessories
  1. Install the front bumper accessories in order of removal.

    Install the left fog lamp assembly

    Install the right fog lamp assembly

    Install the front spoiler cover

Step 4: Install Front Bumper
  1. Install the front bumper in reverse order of removal

    Fit the front bumper to its place

    Install emblem and frame plate

Step 5: Install Battery Terminal
  1. Install the battery terminal positive and negative.


Step 6: Demo
  1. Before and after restoration.
