Restoration of Accident Perodua Axia 2017 Car | Repair | Front Crashed | Rebuilding | Part 2

Today, I want to show you the full process of restoring the front crashed Perodua Axia SE 2017 car (part 2). You can find the service manual D88N (2017) from Shopee. For your information, I'm not a mechanic.

Step 1: Remove Left Headlamp Panel

1. Remove the left headlamp panel and its accessories.

   

   Remove the washer water tank

   

   Remove bottom bolts

   
   

   

   Remove top bolts

   
   

Step 2: Install Left Headlamp Panel

1. Install the left headlamp panel and its accessories.
   
   

   

   Install bottom bolts

   
   

   

   Install top bolts

   
   

   

   Install the washer water tank

   
   

Step 3: Remove Liquid Tube No 1

1. The removal procedures of liquid tube no 1.
   
   

   

   Remove liquid tube no 1 to the expansion valve no 1
   

   
   

   

   Disconnect the pressure sensor connector
   

   
   

   

   Detach broken liquid tube no 1 clip
   

   
   

Step 4: Install Liquid Tube No 1

1. The installation procedure of liquid tube no 1.
   
   

   

   Attach liquid tube no 1 clip

   
   

   

   Install liquid tube no 1 to the expansion valve no 1

   
   

   

   Connect the pressure sensor connector

   
   

Step 5: Install Condenser and Radiator

1. Remove the radiator support hood and its accessories.
   
   

   

   Install fan assembly

   
   

   

   Install the reserve tank assembly
   

   
   

   

   Install the condenser assembly

   
   
2. Place the condenser and radiator assembly into the lower radiator support.
   
   

   

   Radiator support lower
   
   

   

   Install the cap and upper hose of a radiator

   
   
   

   
   
3. Fit the discharge hose and liquid tube no 1.
   
   

   

   Install the discharge hose of the condenser

   
   

   

   Install liquid tube no 1

   
   

Step 6: Install Radiator Support Hood

1. Install the radiator support hood and its accessories.
   
   

   

   Install accessories

   
   

   

   Install the radiator support hood

   
   
2. Install hood lock support.





3. Install seal plate, cooler packing no. 1 (RH), and cooler packing no.1 (LH).

PIR Motion Sensor Based LED Light Control | ICStation | Wiring Diagram

Today, I want to show the PIR motion sensor installation and review. The sensor is commonly installed at the entrance, bathroom, and closet areas. Thank ICStation for sponsoring the motion sensor.  

Step 1: Installation

1. List components to install the IR motion sensor are an IR motion sensor, LED lamp, 1.5 mm² wire, and extension plug.
   
   
   
2. This picture shows a wiring diagram of an IR motion sensor.
   
3. Connect the black wire of the motion sensor to the LED lamp live wire (brown/red).
   
   
   
4. Connect the red wire of the motion sensor to the live wire (brown/red) of the extension plug.
   
   
   
   
5. Connect the neutral wire (blue/black) of the LED lamp to the neutral wire of the extension plug (blue/black).

Step 2: Testing

1. This picture shows the parameters of this motion sensor. Maximum height detects 3M, sensing angle 45°, sensing distance 3M to 6M.
   
   
   
   
   
2. Turn the switch ON, and make some movement within the sensor range. After testing, I found this motion sensor not working in daylight or bright place. The LED lamp will not turn ON.
   
   

   

   Bright place or daylight.

   
   
3. The first time the motion sensor detects the nighttime, the LED lamp will turn ON for a minute. If the person/object stands still, the LED lamp will turn OFF. 
   
   

   

   Darkplace or nighttime.

   
   

   

   After a few seconds, the LED lamp will turn ON.

   
   
4. This sensor is most commonly installed at the entrance, bathroom, and closet areas.

Today, I want to show you the full process of restoring the front crashed Perodua Axia SE 2017 car. You can find the service manual D88N (2017) from Shopee. For your information, I'm not a mechanic.

Step 1: Remove Battery Terminal

1. Disconnect the negative terminal first, then the positive terminal.
   

Step 2: Remove Front Bumper

1. Remove front bumper clips and bolts.
   
   

   

   Remove left and right side bumper clips

   
   

   

   Bottom-side bumper clips

   
   

   

   Bumper Bolt No. 1

   
   

   

   Bumper Bolt No. 2

   
   
2. Disconnect left and right front sensor connectors and fog lamp connectors.
   
   

   

   Remove the left and right fog lamp sensor
   

   
   

Step 3: Remove Front Headlamp

1. Disconnect left and right front headlamp connectors.
   
   

   

   Remove left and right front headlamp bolts
   

   
   

   

   Disconnect left and right front headlamp connectors

Step 4: Fix Broken Part Headlamp

1. Connect broken parts using hot air and soldering.
   
   

   

   Solder the broken part

   
   
   

   

   Add GI wire to strengthen the structure bonding

   
   

Step 5: Remove Radiator Support Hood

1. Remove the radiator support hood and its accessories.
   
   

   

   Remove the radiator support hood

   
   

Step 6: Remove the Front Bumper Reinforcement

1. Remove hood lock support and front bumper reinforcement.
   
   

   

   
   

Step 7: Remove Right Headlamp Panel

1. Remove the right headlamp panel and its accessories.
   
   

   

   Remove top bolts

   
   

   

   Remove bottom bolts

   
   

Step 8: Install Right Headlamp Panel

1. Install the right headlamp panel and its accessories.
   
   

   

   Install bottom bolts

   
   

   

   Install top bolts

   
   

Step 9: Remove Front Bonnet

1. Remove the front bonnet and detach the front bonnet clips.
   
   

   

   Remove front bonnet

   
   

   

   Detach front bonnet clips using a plier or pry tool

   
   

   

   Remove the front bonnet hood insulator.
   

   
   

Step 10: Install Front Bonnet

1. Install the front bonnet and attach the front bonnet clips.
   
   

   

   Install front bonnet

   Attach front bonnet clips
   
   

Step 11: Install the Front Bumper Reinforcement

1. Install front bumper reinforcement.
   
   
   
   
   

Step 12: Remove Condenser and Radiator

1. Remove the condenser by removing the bolts, discharge hose, and liquid tube no 1.
   
   

   

   Remove the discharge hose of the condenser

   
   

   

   Remove liquid tube no 1

   
   

   

   Remove condenser

   
   
2. Remove radiator assembly with fan by removing cap and hoses (upper and lower).
   
   

   

   Remove the cap and upper hose of a radiator

   
   

   

   Remove the lower hose of a radiator

   
   
3. Remove the reserve tank assembly and fan assembly with the motor.
   
   

   

   Remove the reserve tank assembly

   
   

   

   Remove fan assembly
