Step 1: Unboxing

  1. First things first, unbox your water heater. Make sure all the parts are included: the main water heater unit, inlet adapters, flexible hose, rain shower set, and the necessary screws, valves, and electrical components.

Taking an Inventory of the Items Ensures a Smooth Installation Process

Step 2: Mount Water Heater

  1. With the unit unboxed, the next step is to remove the screws from the water heater’s cover. This will give you access to the inside of the unit, which is essential for proper installation. Use a screwdriver that matches the screw type to avoid damage.

    Remove the Water Heater Cover

  2. Before attaching the water heater to the wall, mark the screw hole locations on all four sides of the water heater. This ensures that your heater is aligned correctly and securely attached.

    Marking Screw Hole Locations

  3. Now it’s time to install the water heater. Secure it to the wall using the screws, making sure it’s level and stable. Double-check the placement before tightening the screws completely.

    Mount Water Heater

Step 3: Install Piping/Hose

  1. Next, install the stop valve, which controls the flow of water to the heater. Ensure it's tightly secured, as it will be crucial for regulating water flow during use.

    Install Hose

  2. Once the stop valve is in place, connect the inlet adapter and the flexible hose to the stop valve. These components allow water to flow into the heater, so it's important to double-check for tight connections to prevent leaks.

    Install Adapter

Step 4: Install Power Supply

  1. Now, it's time to install the electrical components. Begin by installing the 20A switch that controls power to the water heater. Safety first: make sure the power is off before handling any electrical connections.
    Install 20A switch
  2. Next, install a 15A socket outlet. This will be used to plug in the water heater, so ensure the socket is properly wired and secure. Test it for power once it's installed.
    Install a 15A Socket Outlet.

  3. Run the water heater’s power supply using a 3-core cable. Ensure that the wiring is securely connected to both the power source and the water heater.
    Install Water Heater Supply

Step 5: Assemble Rain Shower Set and Install

  1. Once the heater is mounted and powered, install the rain shower set. This set typically includes a rain shower head and hand shower, which will be connected to the water heater for a luxurious shower experience.
    Assemble Rain Shower 1

    Install Rain Shower 2

  2. To attach the rain shower set, mark and drill two holes where you plan to mount the set. Ensure that the placement aligns with your design preferences and that the shower set is secure once installed.
Mark and drill holes to mount the set
  3. Connect the water heater outlet to the 3-way valve, and from there, connect the outlet to the hand shower. This step allows you to switch between the rain shower and the hand shower depending on your preference.

    Mount Rain Shower Head

    Install Hand Shower

Connect the Hose Rain Shower set to the Outlet Water Heater.

Step 5: Test the Water Heater

  1. Rotate the main valve and test the water flow through both the rain shower and the hand shower. Adjust the valve to ensure the flow is even, and make sure that both outlets are functioning properly.
    Test Water Flow
  2. The final step is to test the system with the pump on. Switch on the power and press the start button on the water heater pump. You should see an increase in water flow, and the temperature control should be responsive.
